KRANKk is a music trio comprising the musicians and producers Aram Abgaryan (keys), Thomas Geysen (drums) and Willem Heylen (guitar and electronics). What sets KRANKk apart is their boundless versatility and their propensity for pushing the limits of their craft. Drawing inspiration from the heart of UK Garage, they’ve now ventured into the realm of Drum & Bass. Their innovative spirit has led them to create a groundbreaking immersive audio experience. The KRANKk crew dedicated themselves to perfecting their live set and crafting multi-sensory experiences that take their music to new heights.
KRANKk is not merely a group of musicians. They are visionary artists pushing the boundaries of live performance to the extreme. Known for performances at Bozar, Wintercircus, Rampage 2023 and Pukkelpop 2022 & 2023, they balance respect for the genre’s roots with a bold, modern edge. Last summer closing Les Ardentes 2024 with full live band was a mind blowing experience.
